The Loughlin-Davis Contracting Group carefully demolished the customer’s existing wood structure while preserving the PEMB cover building. The existing slab was demolished and replaced. New framing, sheeting, overhead doors, mezzanine structure with new offices, restroom, break room and tool room were constructed.
