Nick Loughlin

Principal

Nick cofounded The Loughlin-Davis Contracting Group, LLC in 2021. As Principal, he focuses on developing long-term strategic initiatives, building client relationships, and identifying and executing business opportunities. He oversees daily operations and facilitates the entire construction process to ensure that all contracted projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality. Through his professional, academic, and military background, Nick has acquired extensive expertise in risk management, safety, field operations, project management, and overall leadership.

Previously, Nick was a Project Manager where he managed numerous projects with total construction costs ranging from $200,000 to $5 million per project. He also worked at The Whiting-Turner Contracting Co. where he was responsible for the coordination and daily management of workers from multiple trades on large-scale projects with total completed work ranging from $1.5 million to $1 billion.

A combat, service-disabled veteran of the United States Marine Corps, Nick volunteered for active duty in 2002 and served three tours as an infantry squad leader in the Wars in Afghanistan and Iraq. He was honorably discharged in 2007 at the rank of Sergeant.

Nick graduated from Towson University with a B.S. in Mass Communications and Strategic Public Relations and earned his Master’s in Construction Project Management from Drexel University College of Engineering.
