Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings
Not your father's metal buildingsExperts in Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings
Pre-engineered buildings are no longer empty shells destined to be a warehouse. The new era of pre-engineered metal buildings lends itself to places of worship, schools, office buildings, car dealerships, and more.
What is a pre-engineered metal building?
A pre-engineered metal building is exactly what it sounds like. Once an owner and/or Architect decide on layout for a building, the building is input into a proprietary software program that can perform preliminary design in a matter of minutes.
The building itself will consist of columns, rafters, secondary steel, a varied selection of roof panels and wall panels. Wall panels can consist of single skin panels, insulated metal sandwich panels or conventional wall systems. It is possible to use masonry, ACM panels, stucco, even Hardie-board siding by using the pre-engineered metal building framing as a support structure. Once materials are ordered and manufactured, a team of factory-trained erectors will assemble the components shipped directly to the jobsite.
