Principal

Len cofounded The Loughlin-Davis Contracting Group, LLC in 2021. With over 30 years of construction management experience, Len brings a vast amount of knowledge and expertise to his role as Principal. Len focuses on long-term strategic development, facilitates day-to-day operations, and manages all company projects to the highest level of efficiency and quality.

Having owned and operated his own commercial contracting business since 2002, he has acquired unparalleled proficiency overseeing the entire construction management process beginning from initial pre-construction concerns and analysis to final project finishing touches. His meticulous attention to detail and robust aptitude offer clients a premier business partner for a broad array of commercial contracting needs.

Previously, Len was a Project Manager and Estimator at Steel Building Specialists, Inc. where he specialized in general contracting for pre-engineered metal buildings. Prior to that, he was Vice-President at L.J.Davis and Sons, Inc. and President of JMD Construction Inc. Through his multi-decade experience in commercial construction, Len has developed profound professional relationships based on integrity, reliability, and originality that have solidified his prominence within the industry.
